New Year's Eve Night Run ~ Monday, 31 December 2018

After 37 days off, I started back at the old grindstone. Five weeks rest helps when suffering depression and then a respiratory infection. I read the Kenyans take 4-6 weeks off training each year. It felt good to run again. After ten miles my legs were tired. Needed to bring in the new year with Pam, also. A midnight kiss and a glass of tawny port. Happy New Year's Day! Peace in 2019. Hopefully, Boston in 2020.
